  • Publication number: 20230310343
Abstract: Pinene compositions are described that may be used to treat respiratory viruses and method of treating a respiratory virus by inhaling an atomized pinene composition. The pinenes composition may comprise an expedient and pinene. The pinene composition comprises pinene in a concentration of greater than 80% by weight of the pinene composition. The methods of treatment of the respiratory virus includes filling a reservoir bottle of an atomizer with a liquid substance, the liquid substance being comprised of pinene and an excipient and being suitable for atomization, wherein the pinene is in a concentration of greater than 80% by weight of the liquid substance; and inhaling the liquid substance.

  • Publication number: 20220054446
Abstract: Prior art describes methods for making whole-plant extracts from the Cannabis plant. Terpenes and cannabinoids are classes of compounds found inherently in those extracts. But, because those extracts contain hundreds of different, and sometimes counteracting, compounds, they are not the most effective treatments for common health issues. Specific terpenes and cannabinoids may be isolated and chosen for their use for specific conditions. Examples of the present invention differ from the prior art by selecting isolated compounds (Like the cannabinoid THC and the terpene Myrcene) and specifically combining them with essential and topical agents to produce targeted treatments.

  • Patent number: 9188358
Abstract: A device and method for managing the supply of energy to heating and cooling devices based on environmental conditions within a regulated area, said system including one or more sensor devices within said regulated area for communicating one or more status signals, and a control module for receiving said one or more status signals, said control module analyzing said one or more status signals based on one or more heating and cooling routines, said one or more heating and cooling routines instructing said control module to communicate one or more control signals to said heating and cooling devices, said one or more control signals activating or deactivating said heating and cooling devices.

  • Patent number: 8292191
Abstract: A system and method are presented for managing the supply of energy to heating and cooling devices to reduce the thermal flux and overshoot in buildings having heating and cooling devices that are sized for extreme temperature demands, but which operate inefficiently for moderate conditions. The system interposes a control module between sensor devices and heating or cooling devices, to filter the signals from the sensor devices calling for heating or cooling according to one or more on/off routines. The control module defers the sending of signals activating or deactivating heating or cooling devices, thus allowing for moderating of ambient conditions between the initial demand from the sensor devices and the supply of heating or cooling by the heating or cooling devices.
