    Abstract: A clutch apparatus comprises a torque limiter body and a solenoid brake magnet. The torque limiter body is pivotable relative to the solenoid brake magnet when torque acting between the torque limiter body and the solenoid brake magnet is greater than a threshold value, and is not pivotable relative to the solenoid brake magnet when the torque is less than the threshold value. Energisation of coil assembly enables the torque limiter body to pivot relative to the solenoid brake magnet.
