Abstract: An exercise system includes a main apparatus that is convertible between an exercise bench and an exercise box. The exercise system includes a main apparatus including a main body, a platform and at least one accessory fastener. The main body includes at least a base panel, two opposing side panels, a rear panel, a front panel, and a top panel. The front panel is pivotably connected to the main body such that front panel is pivotable between a front panel position and a footrest position. The top panel is pivotably connected to the main body such that the top panel is pivotable between a top panel position and a backrest position. The exercise system as used is useful for performing a variety of exercises.

Abstract: A pump comprises a stator and at lest one rotor mounted within a housing. The housing comprises a first fluid channel extending about the rotor, the rotor comprising at least one second fluid channel. A first sensor is configured to output a signal indicative of the temperature of the stator, and a second sensor is configured to output a signal indicative of the temperature of the rotor. The temperature of fluid in the channel is controlled depending on the magnitude of signals output from the sensors.
