    Abstract: An eyeglass retainer coupling having a plurality of co-axially aligned connection apertures, each aperture having a different inside diameter designed to accommodate the wide variety of modern eyeglass and sunglass frame styles and sizes. A large frame eyeglass temple can be inserted into the outmost connection aperture for sufficient retention. Whereas, a medium or small frame temple may be inserted through one or more of the larger connection apertures and into a connection aperture having a proper fit. The user may also choose to cut away or remove oversize connection apertures if the eyeglass retainer is used for eyeglasses having small temple earpieces.
