Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods are provided for and in conjunction with n external oil coalescing apparatus for receiving an air flow containing oil; a honeycomb material for coalescing oil contained in the air flow; a first end for receiving the air flow containing oil; and a second for emitting air from the apparatus.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods are provided for and in conjunction with an oil coalescing breather which may comprise a breather housing with a standpipe for at least receiving an air flow containing oil, a first end, a second end, and a molded coalescing material. The first end may be configured for at least receiving the air flow containing oil into the standpipe. The second end may be located at an opposite side of the standpipe from the first end and be configured for at least emitting air from the standpipe. The molded coalescing material may be positioned in the standpipe and comprise a plurality of openings enabling the air flow from the first end there through. Each of the plurality of openings is large enough to allow coalesced oil from the air flow there through to fall into the first end under a force provided by gravity.

The lid apparatus also includes an elongate pin slidably received in the body and translatable between a closed position and an open position. The elongate pin includes a spout sealing end in sealing contact with the lid body to close the spout opening in the closed position; an actuating end opposite the spout sealing end; and a vent sealing portion in sealing contact with the lid body to close the vent opening in the closed position. A resilient member biases the elongate pin into the closed position. An actuator disposed on the handle and connected to the actuating end may be pulled to pull the elongate pin into the open position.
