A latch handle protrudes from the back wall. A single cast lid is attached to the top edge. The lid is of a second polymer configuration that is stronger than the first polymer configuration.

A capillary material is disposed in the chamber between the vent and the outlet so that, when the capillary material is sufficiently depleted of liquid, the capillary material forms an airway from the vent to the outlet.
