The locking members are movable between a locked position and a free position. The lock apertures receive the lock members when the lock members are in the locked position and cooperate to limit rotation of the tool head relative to the handle. The lock apertures and the lock not limiting rotation of the tool head relative to the handle when the lock members are in the free position.
