  • Patent number: 12217845
Abstract: In one embodiment, a device includes a plurality of vials each bearing a unique identifier and in discrete locations in the device and an alignment assembly for aligning one of the discrete locations with an access point for dispensing one of the plurality of vials. Computer instructions select a vial of the plurality of vials to be dispensed and inventory information of the plurality of vials is stored, including unique identifiers and a status for each vial. Instructions can deactivate dispensing of the vials based on a signal from an environmental sensor. A deactivation assembly deactivates dispensing of the vials based on the instructions.

  • Publication number: 20230106822
Abstract: Described herein are systems, methods, and other techniques for determining a period during which an implement of a construction machine is interacting with a ground surface. A vibration signal that is indicative of a movement of the implement is captured. One or more features are extracted from the vibration signal. The one or more features are provided to a machine-learning model to generate a model output. An implement-on-ground (IOG) start time and an IOG end time are predicted based on the model output, the IOG start time and the IOG end time forming the period.

  • Patent number: 11225772
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing grade control on a motor grader without the use of masts attached to the blade. Embodiments include a body angle sensor configured to detect movement of a construction machine's body, a front 3D positioning device configured to detect a geospatial position of the construction machine's body within a world space, a drawbar angle sensor configured to detect movement of the construction machine's drawbar, and a blade angle sensor configured to detect movement of the construction machine's blade. Two positions on the blade may be calculated first within a machine space and subsequently within the world space. Movement of at least one articulating connection may be caused based on the blade positions within the world space.

  • Patent number: 10384338
Abstract: A robotic vehicle is provided with an extendable arm and a mandible structure. The mandible structure includes a pair of mandibles with toothed portions that cooperatively engage such that the mandibles may be opened and closed by applying a force to only one of the pair of mandibles. The mandible structure hangs freely from the extendable arm and is balanced so that the mandible structure naturally maintains a substantially vertical orientation. In the closed position, the mandible structure defines an interior cavity suitable for securely grasping a ring.

  • Patent number: 10248709
Abstract: Systems, methods, and software for management of partitioned data storage spaces are provided herein. An exemplary method includes storing sets of structured data records among partitioned data storage spaces, with data fields of the structured data records correlated among the sets by relational associations. The method includes maintaining data fields in a first set of structured data records, the data fields comprising promoted data fields that reference properties of data fields of a second set of structured data records. Responsive to an update to a data field of a first structured data record, the method includes determining if the update relates to a promoted data field, implementing a portion of the update in the second set of structured data records, and propagating the update to associated promoted data fields in the first set of structured data records along with any intervening changes received for the associated promoted data fields.
