Abstract: An apparatus for laser profiling inspection includes a camera housing having a longitudinal axis and a substantially hemispherical viewing window positioned transversely relative to the longitudinal axis. A camera with a fisheye lens is positioned within the camera housing to capture images through the viewing window. A laser mounting is mounted to the viewing window with the laser mounting extending outwardly from the viewing window along the longitudinal axis of the housing. A laser is positioned at a remote end of the laser mounting. The laser projects a laser beam toward the camera. A mirror is supported by the laser mounting between the laser and the camera. The mirror is configured to reflect outwardly a laser beam from the laser to form a laser ring encircling the laser mounting.

Abstract: Systems and methods for iteratively obtaining and sharing a review of a service performance, the performance being carried out by at least one performer. A user interface is provided for playback of the performance to a reviewer. The review is carried out using at least one integrated option in the user interface for carrying out the review of the performance during the playback of the performance. At least one portion of the review is directly related to a time point in the playback. The entire review process has at least one iteration. Each iteration provides the same or a different user interface for playback and review of at least one of the performance and a previous review by the same or another reviewer.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed for performing an evaluation of the quality of performance of a service involving a person at a remote facility. The method comprises providing a user interface; viewing, on the user interface, a moving video representative of a station showing the person; and using a tool displayed on the user interface, the tool for collecting data regarding the quality of performance of a service in accordance with the video.
