  • Publication number: 20240106061
Abstract: Battery pack transmissions are disclosed herein. An example battery pack including at least one battery cell; a radio frequency (RF) chip; a battery contact contacting an end of the at least one battery cell; a first excitor connecting to the battery contact via the first RF port; and a second excitor connecting to the battery contact via the second RF port; wherein: the RF chip determining if the signal is to be transmitted at a first frequency or a second frequency, the RF chip sends the signal to the battery contact via the first excitor, the first excitor resonates at a first transmission frequency and energizes the at least one battery cell and the battery contact at the first frequency for transmission of the signal, and when the signal is transmitting at the second frequency, the RF chip sends the signal to the battery contact via the second excitor.

  • Publication number: 20220373175
Abstract: A method of optimising operating conditions in an abatement apparatus configured to treat an effluent stream from a processing tool and an abatement apparatus are disclosed. The method of optimising operating conditions in an abatement apparatus configured to treat an effluent stream from a processing tool comprises: determining a concentration of carbon monoxide produced by the abatement apparatus when treating the effluent stream; and adjusting an operating parameter of the abatement apparatus in response to the concentration of carbon monoxide. In this way, the performance of the abatement device can be controlled by simply adjusting the operating parameters of the abatement device in response to the amount of carbon monoxide being produced to create conditions within the abatement apparatus which improve the removal of compounds being treated within the abatement device, while reducing undesirable by-products and without requiring advanced knowledge of the content of the effluent stream.

  • Publication number: 20220362711
Abstract: A method of optimising operating conditions in an abatement apparatus configured to treat an effluent stream from a processing tool and an abatement apparatus are disclosed. The method of optimising operating conditions in an abatement apparatus configured to treat an effluent stream containing PFC from a processing tool comprise: changing an operating parameter which controls an operating condition of the abatement apparatus; determining a change in a PFC concentration present in an exhaust stream of the abatement apparatus; and determining whether to retain the operating parameter based on the change in the PFC concentration. In this way, the concentration of PFC present in the exhaust can be used to determine whether the abatement apparatus is operating under the correct operating conditions or not.

  • Patent number: 11222658
Abstract: A data storage device includes at least one data storage medium having a plurality of tracks. The data storage device also includes at least one actuator that supports at least one head that is configured to interact with different tracks of the plurality of tracks on the at least one data storage medium to service commands from a host. The data storage device further includes a seek control circuit communicatively coupled to the at least one actuator. The seek control circuit is configured to store the commands from the host in at least one queue for execution by the at least one actuator. The seek control module is also configured to adjust power provided to the at least one actuator for seek operations to the different tracks of the plurality of tracks based on command age-related measurements of the commands from the host.

  • Publication number: 20200355190
Abstract: A vacuum pumping arrangement comprising multiple pumping stages for evacuating a process chamber and a method of cleaning the vacuum pumping arrangement is discussed. The vacuum pumping arrangement comprises: at least one turbomolecular pumping stage; at least one further pumping stage downstream of the turbomolecular pumping stage; and at least one inlet for admitting radicals into the vacuum pumping arrangement, the at least one inlet being located downstream of the turbomolecular stage and upstream of at least one of the at least one further pumping stage.

  • Publication number: 20140257837
Abstract: Various health care services may be provided to a patient via a virtual nurse or interactive user application operating on a user computing device. One example method may include identifying a medical prescription currently associated with a user's health care management record and identifying an initial dosage requirement of the medical prescription. The method may also include generating a series of recurring inquiries in the user's health care management record and receiving responses to the recurring inquires, and determining whether to create a dosage modification based on the responses.

  • Publication number: 20140257850
Abstract: Various health care services may be provided to a patient via a virtual nurse or interactive user application operating on a user computing device. One example method may include identifying a modification to a user's health care record stored in a database, identifying one or more new terms included in the modification, creating a health care management record in a database responsive to the identified new term, and selecting content records to include in the user's health care management record.

  • Publication number: 20140257851
Abstract: Various health care services may be provided to a patient via a virtual nurse or interactive user application operating on a user computing device. One example method may include identifying a modification to a user's health care record stored in a database and identifying a new term included in the modification. The method may also include parsing the new term and comparing it to a predefined list of associated terms, retrieving an advertisement associated with the predefined list of associated terms which match the new term, and generating a message in the user's health care record with access to the advertisement.

  • Publication number: 20140257836
Abstract: Various health care services may be provided to a patient via a virtual nurse or interactive user application operating on a user computing device. One example method may include receiving user input selections from inquiries generated to receive user input, generating a numerical score corresponding to each user input selection and incorporating the numerical scores with a user's primary health score. The method may also include determining whether the user's primary health score is above or below a predetermined health threshold, and creating a notification alert invoking a health care action if the user's primary health score exceeds or undercuts the health threshold.

  • Publication number: 20140257852
Abstract: Various health care services may be provided to a patient via a virtual nurse or interactive user application operating on a user computing device. One example method may include receiving a recurring user health diagnostic at a server that stores user health records from a remote user computing device that receives and updates user health diagnostic data of a user on a recurring basis. The method may also include storing the user health diagnostic in a user patient data record of the server, and generating a health diagnostic history summary based on the at least one recurring user health diagnostic and updating the user patient data record to include the health diagnostic history.

  • Publication number: 20120040751
Abstract: Novel gaming machines and software enable a casino patron to reserve a gaming machine under certain conditions for a limited time, thereby preventing other patrons from using the machine during that time. A player using a machine (and having credit on the machine) may select a reserve machine option provided on the machine's user interface to reserve the machine for a maximum time that is determined by a reservation system that may take into account the status of the player, time, day, and other factors. Once the reservation option has been selected, reservation data is generated and printed on a ticket and stored in a database. The database may be on the gaming machine or on a host server if the gaming machine is part of a gaming network. The ticket may indicate that it is a “reservation ticket.
