  • Publication number: 20240100396
Abstract: A system and method for improving completion of an exercise is disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a method of a control system to improve compliance with an exercise plan for an exercise machine includes receiving one or more load measurements from one or more load cells of the exercise machine. The method also includes comparing the one or more load measurements to one or more target thresholds, and determining whether the one or more load measurements exceed the one or more target thresholds. Responsive to determining that the one or more load measurements exceed the one or more target thresholds, the method also includes causing a user interface to present an indication that the one or more target thresholds have been exceeded and an exercise is complete, wherein the exercise is included in the exercise plan.

  • Publication number: 20100237254
Abstract: A treatment apparatus for at least partially disinfecting a fluid such as water comprises a pipe (16) for conveying a flow of fluid to be treated, a series of ultraviolet (UV) light emitting diodes (LEDs) (62) for emission of the UV light into the fluid, and a control circuit (70) for controlling operation of the LEDs. The control circuit is configured for pulsing the LEDs and the LEDs are arranged such that the fluid flows over a surface of each LED, as it is conveyed by the pipe in operation.

  • Publication number: 20100137384
Abstract: The invention relates to a novel formulation having the advantage of including triclabendazole in solution. In addition a further anthelmintic may be included. The formulation is made by mixing the abamectin and benzyl alcohol and mixing this with triclabendazole and butyl dioxitol. The mix is then heated to dissolve the active, and allowed to cool at which stage the solution is diluted to volume with PEG 4000. The present invention overcomes the solubility difficulties of triclabendazole and presents the triclabendazole in a solution.

  • Patent number: 6158004
Abstract: A security system for an information storage medium is so structured that only file data including secret individual information is encrypted by an encryptor/decryptor circuit. Known file management data is written in a memory device in plain text. This encrypting device prevents any third person from reading the secret information without unnecessary encryption of non-secret data to realize an enhanced security function.

  • Patent number: 5940516
Abstract: A system for confidential data communication over the Internet and other communications channels between the server machine and client machine is disclosed. The client machine has a main CPU and a main memory and additional CPU and additional memory. The additional CPU and memory in the client machine are linked to the CPU and memory of the server machine via an Internet connection or other communications channel connection. The client and server CPUs and memories thus linked then cooperatively and simultaneously execute a single process while dynamically modifying the encryption and decryption codes as necessary to make decryption by a third party impossible.

  • Patent number: 5740396
Abstract: A semiconductor disk device comprising a flash memory having a plurality of blocks, each block constructed of a block information memory area for storing the number of erase cycles of the block, a plurality of data memory areas for storing data, and a logical sector address memory area associated with each of the data memory areas for storing a logical sector address, an address conversion table for converting the logical sector address into a physical block number, and a CPU which converts the logical sector address (LSA) into the physical block number (PBN) according to the address conversion table. The CPU also searches the latest data memory area in the physical block in the flash memory based on the logical sector address and reads the content of the latest data memory area. Thus, a small-capacity address conversion table for memory management results.
