Abstract: A tap adapter configured to removably couple a coaxial cable connector with a cable tap includes a body, a nut extending about the body, a retaining ring configured to couple the body with the nut, and a collet disposed in the body. The nut includes a first end configured to receive a coaxial cable connector. The collet has a first end configured to receive a center conductor of a cable terminated by the coaxial cable connector and a second end configured to be coupled with a port of a cable tap. The collet is configured to provide an electrical connection between the center conductor and the port of the cable tap. The nut is configured to rotate relative to the body and to slide axially relative to the body as limited by the retaining ring. The tap adapter permits the coaxial cable connector to be removed from the tap adapter while the tap adapter remains mechanically coupled with the cable tap and the second end of the collet remains mechanically and electrically coupled with the port.

Abstract: A system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program and a computer-implemented method for rating real estate agents are presented. Consistent with some embodiments, the method may include accessing agent activity data representing actions performed by a real estate agent while using a network-based real estate service. The method further includes calculating an engagement score and a prospecting score for the real estate agent using portions of the agent activity data. In some embodiments, the method may further include calculating a transactional score for the real estate agent based on the agent's historical transaction data. The method may then determine a composite agent rating for the agent using the engagement score, prospecting score, and in some embodiments, the transactional score. The agent composite rating may then be presented to users of the network-based real estate service.

Abstract: A system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program and a computer-implemented method for lead allocation are presented. Consistent with some embodiments, the method may include determining at least one attribute of a lead, and identifying a real estate agent with expertise in conversion of leads having the at least one attribute. The method may then include allocating the lead to the real estate agent based on such expertise.

Abstract: A system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program and a computer-implemented method for providing business relationship management services to a real estate agent is presented. Consistent with some embodiments, the method may include accessing information regarding actions performed by contacts of a real estate agent while using a network-based real estate information service. The method may further include assigning each of the contacts to a consumer classifications based on the actions performed by the contacts. The method further includes receiving, from the real estate agent, information defining an on-going communication strategy with a specified consumer classification of the contacts, and implementing the communication strategy with respect to the specified consumer classification.

Abstract: A system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program and a computer-implemented method for providing real estate property valuations to consumers are presented. Consistent with some embodiments, the method may include receiving, from a consumer, a property identifier identifying a subject property, and accessing property information about the subject property using the property identifier. The method further includes using the property information to obtain multiple valuations for the subject property, and to identify multiple comparable property listings. The method may further include identifying a group of suggested agents to assist with selling the subject property and causing presentation, on the client device, of the plurality of valuations, the one or more comparable property listings, and the group of suggested agents.

Abstract: A cushion assembly for forming metallic door skins in an industrial press, the method of manufacturing a door skin using the cushion assembly and the door skin produced by that method. The cushion assembly has a plurality of gas-filled cylinders positioned around the perimeter of said cushion assembly, a solid interior disposed within said perimeter of said gas-filled cylinders and a transfer pad disposed on top of said gas-filled cylinders. In some aspects, the solid interior comprises a plurality of solid cylinders or blocks wherein the solid cylinders extend through openings in the transfer pad and the openings are sized and shaped to be complementary with said solids cylinders or blocks.
