    Abstract: A bearing assembly includes an inner race adapted to be coupled to an inner member and an outer race adapted to be coupled to an outer member positioned such that the inner race is in an opposed and spaced apart relation from the outer race. Roller elements are disposed between the inner and outer races. An inner flange is coupled to the outer race, includes circumferentially spaced apart recesses and extends generally radially toward the inner race. An outer flange is coupled to the inner race. A flexible sealing member contacts both the inner flange and the outer flange. A shroud includes tabs that extend through the recesses. The tabs are coupled to the outer race. The inner and outer members are permitted to rotate relative to each other.
