Abstract: Technology is described for interacting with employers in a worker's compensation process. The method can include receiving a worker's compensation claim at a server. The worker's compensation claim can be stored in a database and submitted to a worker's compensation carrier. An employee update request can be sent to an insured employer in a short range time frame. An employer claim update request can be sent to the insured employer in a medium range time frame, and a decision time update request can be sent to the insured employer in a medium range time frame. In addition, a weekly follow-up reminder request may be sent to the insured employer until the employee is back to work with no restrictions.
