Compared with the traditional chemical method, the method of this invention is characterized by mild reaction conditions and producing lower level of by-products. Meanwhile, metal ions selected in the present invention are able to promote the hydrolysis of lipase, solving the problem of long reaction time in the conventional enzymatic method.
