    Abstract: A light-emitting diode and a light-emitting device are provided. The light-emitting diode includes a semiconductor stack layer, an insulating reflective layer and an electrode structure. The insulating reflective layer defines a first opening and a second opening therein. A second electrode in the electrode structure includes a second connection electrode. In a direction gradually far away from the insulating reflective layer, the second connection electrode at least includes a transparent adhesive layer and a reflective layer located above the transparent adhesive layer. The transparent adhesive layer is a transparent material layer. The transparent adhesive layer can be a same material layer as a current spreading layer above a second semiconductor layer, thus, the transparent adhesive layer can form good adhesion with the current spreading layer. The reflective layer includes an Ag layer with high reflectivity, which can play a reflective role, thereby increasing light output of the light-emitting diode.

    Abstract: A system can respond to detection or prediction of an uncorrectable error (UE) in memory based on fault-aware analysis. The fault-aware analysis enables the system to generate a determination of a specific hardware element of the memory that is faulty. In response to detection of an error, the system can correlate a hardware configuration of the memory device with historical data indicating memory faults for hardware elements of the hardware configuration. Based on a determination of the specific component that likely caused the UE, the system can identify a region of memory associated with the detected UE and mirror the faulty region to a reserved memory space of the memory device for access to data of the faulty region.

First switches of the first inverter are arranged symmetrically with second switches of the second inverter so that, when switched in a pulse width modulated switching scheme, the first switches generate a first common mode signal and the second switches generate a second common mode signal that is one hundred eighty degrees out of phase with the first common mode signal. In another aspect, the power converter includes a buck stage having one or more pairs of symmetrically arranged buck switches that can be controlled to reduce or eliminate common mode electromagnetic interference in the buck stage. The power converter can also include one or more pairs of symmetrically arranged inductors.
