Abstract: A method includes obtaining a set of ranging values between a rangefinder and at least two posts in a battery product, where the set of ranging values is obtained by the rangefinder through ranging of the at least two posts along a first direction parallel to an optical axis of a laser galvanometer after the rangefinder is calibrated based on a first position in the first direction that is a position of a focal point of the laser galvanometer in the first direction, and the rangefinder being at a fixed distance from the laser galvanometer in the first direction; determining a first offset of a welding surface of the battery product relative to the focal point 10 based on the set of ranging values; and determining a first position adjustment amount for the laser galvanometer in the first direction based on the first offset and a first defocus amount.

Abstract: A welding deviation detection device includes a pre-welding addressing mechanism that can determine relative position relations between location holes and poles in a battery, and send the relative position relations to a welding mechanism and a post-welding detection mechanism; the welding mechanism can detect first positions of the location holes, and determine first positions of the plurality of poles based on the first positions of the location holes and the relative position relation, so that the welding mechanism can accurately weld a bus assembly to the plurality of poles based on the first positions of the plurality of poles to form a plurality of welds; and a post-welding detection mechanism that can detect second positions of the location holes and positions of the welds, and detect welding deviation situations of the bus assembly and the poles based on the second positions of the location holes.

Abstract: This application relates to an end plate of a battery module as well as a battery module. The end plate includes a body and a connector connected to the body. The body is fixedly connected to a side plate through the connector. The connector is provided with a light shielding part. The light shielding part is located on a side of the connector that faces the side plate, and located between the connector and the side plate. In the end plate as well as the battery module according to this application, the end plate includes the body and the connector, and weldability between the body and the side plate is improved by the connector. The connector includes a light shielding part that avoids the problem of battery explosion caused by a laser beam radiated to a battery inside the battery module, and improves safety performance of the battery.

Abstract: A welding apparatus includes a body portion, a welding part disposed on the body portion and configured to weld welding points on a to-be-welded object, and a distance measuring part disposed on the body portion and located on a side of the body portion that faces the welding part. The distance measuring part is configured to measure defocus amounts from the welding points on the to-be-welded object to the welding part. The welding part and the distance measuring part are aligned to different ones of the welding points at a same time, so that the welding part and the distance measuring part simultaneously perform welding and distance measurement on the different ones of the welding points.

Abstract: A laser welding copper nozzle, a laser welding auxiliary apparatus and a laser welding device are provided. In some embodiments, the laser welding copper nozzle includes: a gas intake port configured to be in communication with a gas intake channel, so as to enable a blowing device to blow a gas to the gas intake port through the gas intake channel during laser welding; and a gas exhaust port configured to be in communication with a gas extraction channel, so as to enable a gas suction device to extract the gas from the gas exhaust port through the gas extraction channel during the laser welding. An axis of the gas intake port and an axis of the gas exhaust port are in the same straight line, and a laser channel for allowing laser to pass during the laser welding is formed between the gas intake port and the gas exhaust port.
