A telecommunication provider associated with the first telecommunication record is identified based on a format of the first telecommunication record. A telecommunication provider rule set is selected that defines how to transform the first telecommunication record into a normalized telecommunication record. The first telecommunication record is transformed according to the selected rule set to generate the normalized telecommunication record.
