  • Publication number: 20130038296
Abstract: The invention relates to a system for storing electric energy, comprising a first and a second storage cell, each storage cell having an operating voltage, and a device is provided for reducing the energy content of a storage cell when a threshold voltage is exceeded or reached. The invention is characterized in that a control device which is designed to detect a parameter of the first and/or second storage cell, to identify a state of deterioration of the storage cell, and to change the threshold voltage of the first and/or the second storage cell is provided.

  • Publication number: 20070034425
Abstract: In a hybrid drive having an electric motor which can be switched between the motor mode and the generator mode, the electric motor is switched between its operating modes as a function of the differential efficiency of the internal combustion engine when the internal combustion engine is operating, in which case the generator power can then be controlled in proportion to the differential efficiency, and the motor power can be controlled in inverse proportion to the differential efficiency.

  • Patent number: 6445157
Abstract: A method of operating an electric three-phase machine with a polyphase winding arrangement in a vehicle. The phases of the winding arrangement are connected to a vehicle network with the aid of power converters and the winding arrangements are interconnected in a first method of connection for motor operation and interconnected in a second method of connection for generator operation. Switching over from one method of connection to the other is performed at an instant at which the three-phase machine changes from the state of picking up torque to outputting torque, or from the state of outputting torque to picking up torque.
