Abstract: A network of networks enables seamless and effective aggregation of a complete electronic health record on a user's personal device and sharing of the complete medical history among health organizations as authorized by the user. A complete health record includes all diagnoses, testing, and treatment related to routine medical services, ambulatory medical services, emergency medical services, telemedicine, data collected from personal monitors, and/or data entered by user. Also provided is automatic updating of the electronic health record to include information from new medical services.

Abstract: A mobile interoperable personal health information exchange with biometrics data analytics comprising a cloud platform implementing an aggregation service, a storage service, a formatting service and an analysis and alert notification service, the aggregation service periodically collecting electronic health records from a plurality of third party medical record providers specific to an individual user, the storage service only temporarily storing in a database the collected electronic medical records, the formatting service generating an aggregated medical file specific to the individual user comprising all the temporarily stored electronic medical records for that individual user and the analysis and alert notification service analyzing data included within the aggregated medical file to possibly identify health related abnormalities with the individual user.

Abstract: A portable memory element containing encrypted data is operatively connected to a first client, and the person associated with the portable memory element provides passcode information necessary to access the encrypted data, wherein the passcode information can be either alphanumeric or biometric, e.g. a fingerprint. The first client communicates with a server, which returns a passkey if the passcode information is authentic for the portable memory element. The first user of the first client then communicates, via a separate communications path, the passkey to a second user of a second client also in communication with the server, who then provides the passkey to the server. If the passkey provided by the second user is valid, the server provides for communication between the first and second clients, and enables the second client to access the portable memory element.
