Abstract: An exemplary, nonlimiting embodiment of the present disclosure provides a system and a method for facilitating vehicle services. The system comprises an augmented reality module configured to allow one or more service providers to remotely interact and transact with one or more service requesters. In the exemplary, nonlimiting embodiment of the system, a mobile application is configured for a variety of types of users who are seeking to interact with other users and utilize the mobile application to facilitate communication in connection with visually inspecting, diagnosing, or repairing a motor vehicle. The mobile application is configured to allow two or more users of the system to participate in an augmented reality communication session wherein an AR toolkit may be utilized by one or more users to create virtual content in a virtual space that is viewable to the one or more other users participating in the augmented reality communication session.
