Said two top parts (4, 5) are used for assembling the lever (6) and are pivotable about one respective pin located at the ends of the lever (6). Two traction ropes (8, 9) are provided which grip the two top parts (4, 5) at gripping points (12, 13, 16, 17) located on different sides of a plane that is defined by the two pins.
