The apparatus having an interior space, a plurality of clips, a first bassinet securement means, and a second bassinet securement means. The interior space bound by a padded floor assembly and four vertical walls having an inner and outer face and a mesh portion and a woven fabric portion. The clips located on the outer face of each wall woven fabric portion and are removably securable to the play yard. Abstract: A system obtains health data corresponding to a plurality of patients from one or more first data sources and occupational data from one or more second data sources. The system processes the health data and the occupational data to identify at least one patient of a plurality of patients for inclusion in a behavioral modification program for a health condition of the patient. The system also generates graphical user interfaces of the behavioral modification program for display at a client device to display content associated with the health condition. The system monitors user interactions with the content and integrates additional content based on the monitored user interactions.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure involve various algorithms and mechanisms to automatically process large amounts of claims data in real-time and automatically identify patients as potential participants for inclusion into a health care and behavior modification treatment regime based on the processed claims data.

Abstract: A folding headboard collapsible crib is provided including front and rear walls and collapsible left and right end walls. Safety hinge mechanisms are provided at the left and right end wall portions of the crib and a stop block system on the mattress support to eliminate pinch points and snag points at the foldable headboard and/or footboard locations. A mattress support platform is hingedly connected to a rear wall of the crib and is supported substantially around its entire periphery for enhanced maximum load bearing capacity. A strangulation proof strap system is carried on the mattress support platform for holding the crib in a collapsed configuration when not in use.
