    Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing 911 or enhanced 911 (“E911”) address update. In various embodiments, in response to a trigger event, a computing system may determine whether E911 address data associated with a customer that is stored in an E911 database requires updating. If so, the computing system may update the E911 database with address data associated with the customer that has been validated or verified (if available). The system generates a confirmation of delivery of the material to the storage chamber based on the storage chamber sensor data, the transport container sensor data, the proximity sensor data, and the engagement sensor data and transmits an invoice for the delivery of the material based on the confirmation. When the handle is pulled down, the top portion is forced upwards in a straight line along the primary axis of the body. A drill mount is configured to secure a drill in an inverted, drill-bit-up orientation to facilitate the drilling of holes in ceilings and similar locations.
