    Abstract: A carton flap folding method and apparatus utilizes a flap folding assembly, which includes a tucker wheel for folding gussets on the carton. More specifically, the tucker wheel may engage a gusset within a flap as a carton proceeds downstream within a article grouping and packaging machine. The tucker wheel may tuck all panel gussets inwardly as carton side panels are moved downwardly by plows within the packaging machine.
