Abstract: A shoulder exercise device includes four resistance lines, a central handle and a base frame. The base frame preferably includes four support posts, two horizontal frame members, two vertical frame members and two height adjustment handles. One end of each resistance line is retained by the central handle and an opposing end is terminated with a plug end. Two slide rails are attached to a vertical wall or surface. At least one sliding member is attached to a bottom of each vertical frame member. The at least two sliding members are slidably engaged with the two slide rails. The central handle may be replaced with a non-rotating handle. An alternative embodiment of the shoulder exercise device includes a cable, the central handle, a base frame and weight device. The base frame preferably includes four pulley support posts, two horizontal frame members, two vertical tube members and two height adjustment handles.

Abstract: A target pin holster system includes target pins, which are used to secure a paper target face to a penetrable archery target, and a holster that securely stores the target pins when they are not in use. Each target pin houses an embedded magnet which is attracted to a magnet embedded in the target pin retention holster resulting in safe and secure storage for the target pins when they are not in use.

Abstract: A shoulder exercise device preferably includes a central handle, a stationary origin post, at least two stationary posts and a resistance line. The central handle preferably includes an upper pivot ring, a lower pivot ring, a rotating handle and a plurality of first pivoting pulley yokes. The rotating handle is rotatably retained between the upper and lower pivot rings. A plurality of pivot extensions extend from an outer perimeter of the upper and lower pivot rings to pivotally retain the plurality of first pivoting pulley yokes. Each first pivoting pulley yoke rotatably retains a line pulley. The stationary origin post includes a line retainer and a line retention projection. Each stationary post includes a second pivoting pulley yoke.

One or more magnets are carried by the arms. Each of the first and second arms is configured articulate so as wrap at least part way around a pipe. The first and second magnets are configured to releasably attach the first and second arms to the pipe.
