Abstract: The present invention is directed to a portable ice fishing apparatus that is configured to provide easier transport in various terrains and weather conditions. The apparatus includes a base comprised of a plurality of foldable walls. The foldable walls may be configured to adopt a first configuration wherein each of the plurality of walls is in a down position such that a platform is formed, and a second position wherein at least one of the plurality of walls is in an up position such that a shelter is formed.
