Abstract: Described herein is a delivery robot that can be programmed to travel from one location to another in open spaces that have few restrictions on the robot's path of travel. The delivery robot may operate in an autonomous mode, a remote controlled mode, or a combination thereof. The delivery robot can include a cargo area for transporting physical items. The robot can include exterior display devices and/or lighting devices to convey information to people that the robot may be encountering, including indications of the robot's direction of travel, current status, and/or other information.

Abstract: A reusable modular housing system has a gridded structure comprising reusable components with dimensions corresponding to a two-unit system. The structure has floor and ceiling grids with dimensions that correspond to multiples of a first unit of measurement. The vertical beams that connect the floor and ceiling grids are spaced apart at dimensions that also correspond to multiples of the first unit of measurement. The structure has a variety of other components that can be coupled to the floor and ceiling grids and the vertical beams, and those other components have dimensions that correspond to a multiple of a second unit of measurement. Dimensions of the structure can vary, but each of the component parts can be detachably coupled into the gridded structure, so as to fit within the grid's dimensions based on respective multiples of the first unit of measurement and the second unit of measurement.

Abstract: An improved tire repair tool having a pair of pliers, with integrated cutters, a rasp for cleaning a tire puncture, a tool for inserting a cylindrical tire plug, and a means to store tire plugs within the assembly. The nominally channel shaped handles of the pliers have first and second ends. The first end of the handles are pivotally mounted to a pair of plier jaws which can be used to remove debris from a tire. The rasp and the means for inserting tire plugs are pivotally mounted to to the second end of one of the handles and can be moved between a stowed position and open position. The rasp and tool for inserting tire plugs are lockable in the stowed and open position in such a way to allow the rasp and insertion tool to rotate into a deployed position where they can be used. The second handle contains a means to store tire plugs.

Abstract: A communications cable management system includes a support structure and a door assembly. The door assembly includes at least two first latch structures and at least two second latch structures each selectively positionable in a latched position to secure the door body to the support structure. First and second actuators are operable by a user to selectively latch the latch structures such that a door body is secured in a closed position on the support structure, the door body can be removed from the support structure, the door body can be pivoted open about the first pivot axis, or the door body can be pivoted open about a second pivot axis.
