    Abstract: The invention provides a plaster for use in securing a tube to a patient. The plaster comprises a top layer having an upper surface, a lower surface, and a pull tab. The plaster also comprises a base layer having an upper surface, and a lower surface. At least a portion of the lower surface of the top layer or the upper surface of the base layer is provided with an adhesive for adhering the plaster to the tube. The lower surface of the base layer is provided with an adhesive for adhering the plaster to the patient. The top layer includes a hinge about which the pull tab can be oriented away from the skin of the patient.
