  • Publication number: 20230271788
Abstract: A scraper system for a conveyor belt, a belt conveyor including same, and a method. The system includes a support and a scraper element for contacting the belt. A mounting includes an attachment part for attaching relative to the belt frame of the belt, a holding element for attaching the support to the attachment part, and a support element. The holding element is coupled to the support via a clamping assembly such that a torque can be applied about the support's longitudinal axis, and the holding element is releasably connected to the attachment part. The holding element is operatively connected to the attachment part on which the support is held, and during installation, the holding element is released from the attachment part. The support, scraper module, and holding element can be pulled longitudinally into a pull-out position such that the scraper module passes by the attachment part, wherein the support element supports the support.

  • Publication number: 20230271789
Abstract: A scraper for a conveyor belt, a scraper module for same, a belt conveyor including same, and a method for replacing a scraper element on a scraper or belt conveyor. The scraper includes a system support with a scraper module having a base element arranged on the system support and a scraper element for contacting the conveyor belt. To allow a simple replacement of the scraper element, it is rotatably attached about a rotational axis relative to the base element by a rotational coupling, which is designed such that in a rotatable position of the scraper element within a fixed angular range, the scraper element is rigidly coupled to the base element in the direction of the rotational axis, and in a rotatable position of the scraper element within a release angular range, the scraper element can be released from the base element in the direction of the rotational axis.

  • Publication number: 20230174318
Abstract: A scraper system for a conveyor system having a conveyor belt and a method for attaching a scraper module to a scraper system. The scraper system includes a system carrier and scraper modules for contacting the conveyor belt. The scraper modules are attached to a module carrier that extends on the system carrier parallel to the system carrier. The module carrier is releasably attached to the system carrier by a clamping assembly for applying a clamping force in the transverse direction to the system carrier. The clamping assembly has a clamping rod that runs parallel to the system carrier and applies the clamping force by wedge action.

  • Patent number: 11225383
Abstract: A stripper system for belt conveyors. The system includes an adjustable, spring-mounted system support running transversely to the direction of travel of the belt conveyor, on which stripper blocks made from an elastomer are interchangeably secured next to one another. The system support is suspended on both sides of a tripper pulley by a support mounting so that the support system can rotate about a support axis of rotation, which impresses, by a spring device, a predefinable torque directed counter to the rotational direction of the tripper pulley. Such axis allows the system support to rotate such that it together with its stripper blocks can swing away. The spring device has an adjusting spring, a damper spring coupled thereto, and a spring bolt. Both springs are connected to the support mounting, and the spring bolt includes a section that initially actuates the damper spring when it is determined that the adjusting spring has travelled a prescribed distance.
