  • Publication number: 20060170899
Abstract: A CD-pitch dependency for a lithographic pattern printing process is related to the spectral intensity distribution of radiation used for projecting the pattern. A CD-pitch dependency can vary from one system to another. This can result in an iso-dense bias mismatch between systems. The invention addresses this problem by providing a lithographic apparatus including an illumination system for providing a projection beam of radiation, a projection system for projecting a patterned beam onto a target portion of a substrate, and a substrate table for holding the substrate, with a controller to provide an adjustment of the spectral distribution of radiant intensity of the projection beam. The adjustment of the spectral intensity distribution is based on data relating to an iso dense bias, and comprises a broadening of the spectral bandwidth or a change of shape of the spectral intensity distribution.

  • Patent number: 7070926
Abstract: A chimeric phage having a coat comprising a mixture of proteins. The mixture of proteins includes a fusion protein wherein a protein is fused to a functional form of a phage coat protein, and a mutant form of the phage coat protein characterized in that a phage having no wild type phage coat protein from which the mutant form is derived but having a coat comprising the mutant form and no copies of the functional form is less infectious than a phage comprising no wild type phage coat protein from which the mutant form is derived and having a coat comprising the mutant form and at least one copy of the functional form. Also, the associated phage collection comprising the chimaeric phage or an infectious phage containing at least one copy of a mutant form of a phage coat protein wherein the mutant form has lost the ability to mediate infection of a natural host by the infectious phage. Also a method for producing a phage particle.

  • Publication number: 20060139610
Abstract: Projection beam bandwidth contributes to optical proximity curve/Iso-Dense bias of a system, and can vary from one system to another. This can result in proximity mis-match between systems. The invention addresses this problem by providing a lithographic apparatus including an illumination system for providing a projection beam of radiation, the projection beam with a pattern in its cross-section, a substrate table for holding a substrate, and a projection system for projecting the patterned beam onto a target portion of the substrate, wherein there is provided a system for modifying the projection beam bandwidth distribution.

  • Publication number: 20050014261
Abstract: The invention relates to the field of generating helper phages and phage display libraries for the identification of binding molecules. The invention provide chimaeric phages having a coat comprising a protein mixture. The protein mixture comprises a fusion protein having a proteinaceous molecule fused to a functional form of a phage coat protein and a mutant form of the phage coat protein, wherein the mutant form is impaired in binding to a host cell receptor. The invention further provides new phage collections, novel helper phages and methods and means for producing chimaeric phages, infectious phages and helper phages.

  • Patent number: 5793765
Abstract: Determining, in a transport network, a link between a source and a destination. The network is partitioned into subnetworks between which sublinks are determined. Each subnetwork has access points which indicate the transport capacity of the subnetwork between the access points. The sublinks, in each case, extend from a first access point to a second access point. In a network having a distributed control, the sublinks are determined successively between the link already determined and a remaining subnetwork. In this arrangement, the remaining subnetwork, in each case, includes an access point already associated with the destination and does not include an access point already associated with the link. Preferably, the access points, in each case, indicate the available capacity of a subnetwork.
