  • Patent number: 4994774
Abstract: An integrated low-pass filter arrangement comprising one or more resistor sections coupled between the input terminals and the output terminals and a capacitor section coupled between the output terminals. Each resistor section comprises two diodes arranged in anti-parallel. The impedance connected to the output and the amplitude of the input alternating voltage are selected in such a way that the threshold voltage of the anti-parallel diodes is not exceeded. If the direction and magnitude of the leakage currents through the diodes are known the instantaneously non-conducting diode of the anti-parallel diode array may be omitted.
