  • Publication number: 20150225113
Abstract: The invention relates to structures that are made of hard materials, similar to a skeleton, which are embedded in softer materials (e.g., elastomer). Not only can the sound transmission be greatly limited thereby, but also other functional advantages can be achieved thereby, such as the reduction of the number of parts, because formations can be produced from the embedding material, such as seals, cable passages, membranes, and elastic suspension elements, etc. A special variant of said structures is the light anti-humming layer having a thickness of approx. 1 mm, which greatly reduces humming noises, for example when adhesively bonded to a car door.

  • Publication number: 20120124821
Abstract: A method for producing a group of electrical coils for electromagnetic applications includes providing at least one piece of a continuous ribbon conductor or a ribbon conductor stack of a predefined single length. The ribbon conductor is parted in a number n of linear conductor portions. The conductor portions are place in parallel to each other prior to winding. Thereafter the conductor portions are wound in order to create a group of coils composed of a corresponding number n of coils whereby the coils are connected with each other and are made of the same piece of continuous ribbon conductor or ribbon conductor stack.

  • Patent number: 5394131
Abstract: The invention concerns a bistable magnetic drive with an assembled armature 3, 4 consisting of a high-grade, disk-shaped permanent magnet 3 with two appropriately shaped pole pieces 4,4' and displaceable sideways off the coil 1 transversely to its axis inside an electromagnetic annular pole-piece Rp between two electromagnetic stop pole-pieces 5, 5'. The invention describes illustrative embodiments and applications of this drive as an excursion and oscillating magnet, further a circuit for DC operation. A capacitor circuit furthermore allows mono-stable operation. The advantages are a lightweight armature, high efficiency, bilateral operation, versatility and simplicity.

  • Patent number: 5343106
Abstract: A small size electric motor has a housing having an opening, a heat conductive bearing shield arranged to close the opening, a commutating device provided with commutator brushes in the housing. The bearing shield has a first guiding wall and at least one second guiding wall arranged at a distance from one another for guiding the commutator brushes. A heat conductive isolating layer is located between the guiding walls and the commutator brushes which are guided on the guiding walls with a small play.

  • Patent number: 5098062
Abstract: A magnetic valve which is closed when current is absent includes an electromagnet driver having a U-shaped magnetizable yoke carrying a winding; a pivotally attached armature including a soft magnetic material; a permanent magnet disposed on the armature; and a pole plate disposed between the permanent magnet and a part of the yoke which carries the winding. The yoke part and the pole plate define a separating plane therebetween. The mangetic valve further has a valve cone disposed on the armature below the separating plane.

  • Patent number: 4926111
Abstract: The invention relates to an electric component with inductive and capacitive properties, which is wound in coil-like manner in turns and winding layers out of two conductors being electrically insulated from one another, a dielectic being disposed between the conductors. For increasing the capacitance values to be obtained with this component and for achieving a high miniaturization possibility at simple construction, it is proposed in accordance with the invention that both conductors (1,3) are combined into one winding wire (WD) out of a core conductor (1), a dielectric (2) surrounding the latter and an external conductor (3) at least partly surrounding the core conductor (1) and the dielectric (2). Preferably a traditional round wire is used as core conductor. Said electric component can be used in manifold ways. The electric properties are very good.

  • Patent number: 4880206
Abstract: A magnetic control valve comprising inlet and outlet members, a valve seat, a closing member movable into sealing engagement with the valve seat upon actuation of a magnetic coil which has an opening therethrough through which the controlled medium flows, and includes a guide tube for guiding the closing member in said opening, which closing member also forms a magnetic armature of the magnet part of the magnetic valve.

  • Patent number: 4564046
Abstract: A solenoid valve having an exciter coil is formed with a central passage for guiding an armature of a permanently magnetic material which is polarized in the direction of its axial movement. At the other end of the passage there is provided a tubular core of a magnetically soft material which acts as a mechanical limit stop for the armature and is also shaped as a valve seat controlled by the end face of the armature. An outer magnetically conductive member is arranged at the other end of the coil around the armature and is spaced from the latter by an air gap so as to act as a magnetic holding member for the armature when the coil is energized and the armature is displaced to its working position away from the stop member. Thus at least the end of the armature which faces the valve seat is provided with a frustoconical attachment having on its periphery a plurality of guiding fingers. The tip of the attachment controls the valve seat while the fingers permit the flow of a fluid past the armature.

  • Patent number: 4524797
Abstract: The solenoid valve has an exciter coil formed with a central passage which at one end guides a plunger or armature of a permanently magnetic material which is polarized in the direction of its axial movement. At the other end of the passage there is provided a tubular core of a magnetically soft material which acts as a mechanical limit stop for the armature and is also shaped as a valve seat controlled by the end face of the armature. An annular magnetically conductive member is arranged at the other end of the coil around the armature and is spaced from the latter by an aggregate so as to act as a magnetic holding member for the armature when the coil is energized and the armature is displaced to its working position away from the stop member.
