Abstract: Provided herein are anti-CCR8 antibodies or antigen binding fragment thereof, which bind to CCR8, wherein the CCR8 is a human CCR8 and the antibody does not bind human CCR4. The anti-CCR8 antibodies or antigen binding fragment of the disclosure are useful for the treatment of cancer diseases through the elimination of regulatory T cells. Also provided herein are methods of use for the anti-CCR8 antibodies or antigen binding fragment thereof.

Abstract: A point of sale (POS) device includes a nest portion and a cradle portion. The nest portion includes one or more payment card or near field communication (NFC) readers. The cradle portion couples to differently-sized interchangeable frames, which in turn help secure a mobile computing device to the cradle portion of the POS device. The mobile computing device is connected via a connector to the rest of the POS device. Payment card information read by the readers is conveyed to the mobile computing device over the connector for processing. The POS device may also include tamper detection circuitry.

Abstract: Provided herein are anti-EGFRvII antibodies and binding fragments thereof. The anti-EGFRvIII antibodies of the disclosure are useful for the treatment of cancers through, e.g., antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity (ADCC). Also provided herein are methods of making and using the anti-EGFRvIII antibodies for the treatment of cancer, and polynucleotides that encode the same.

Abstract: Embodiments of golf club heads with energy storage characteristics are presented herein. In some embodiments, a golf club head comprises a hollow body comprising a strikeface, a heel region, a toe region opposite the heel region, a sole, a top rail and an inflection point. The inflection point provides increase bending of the strikeface thereby providing performance enhancement over clubs without an inflection point.

Abstract: Embodiments of golf club heads having adjustable weighting systems with a plurality of discrete attachment locations capable of receiving one or more weights are described herein. The golf club heads described herein provide user adjustability of club head center of gravity to adjust ball flight while maintaining a high moment of inertia and low and back center of gravity position.

Abstract: A software module ingests data into a data intake and query system. At least a portion of the data is cloud data. The software module includes an event type definition that specifies a type of data to be ingested by the software module, a first tag that associates ingested data of the event type with a data model, and a second tag that designates ingested data of the event type as cloud data. The ingested data is stored in a data repository, and subsequently a search query that includes the first tag and the second tag is executed against the data repository, to identify ingested cloud data that satisfies the search query and a first search constraint specified in the data model. A display device is caused to display a visualization based on the identified ingested cloud data that satisfies the search query.
