  • Publication number: 20240154969
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for pre-authentication access request screening. A server computer may receive a request for access to a resource comprising access data. The server computer may transmit, to an authentication computer, an authentication request message comprising at least a subset of the access data and receive an authentication response message comprising authentication data. The server computer may determine an access score based on the authentication data. Alternatively, the server computer may determine the access score based on the access data without using/receiving authorization data. The server computer may generate an access indicator based on the access score. The server computer may prepare and transmit an authorization request message comprising the access indicator to an authorization computer. The authorization computer may approve or decline the access to the resource based on the access indicator.

  • Patent number: 11920188
Abstract: Provided herein is a method for detecting the presence of clade variants in the COVID-19 virus in a human sample and/or an environmental sample. Samples are processed to obtain total RNA. The RNA is used as a template in a combined reverse transcription and amplification reaction to obtain fluorescent COVID-19 virus amplicons. These amplicons are hybridized on a microarray with nucleic acid probes having sequences that discriminate among the various clade variants. The microarray is imaged to detect the clade variant. Also provided is a method of distinguishing each clade variant from others by generating an intensity distribution profile from the image, which is unique to each of the clade variants.

  • Publication number: 20220364157
Abstract: Provided herein is a method for detecting the presence of a COVID-19 virus in a human sample or an environmental sample having one or more viruses and bacterial pathogens. Samples are processed to obtain total nucleic acids. A combined reverse transcription and asymmetric PCR amplification reaction is performed to obtain fluorescent labeled COVID-19 virus specific amplicons. The amplicons are detected by microarray hybridization near the lowest limit of detection. Also provided is a method for detecting concurrently with COVID-19 virus, the presence of respiratory disease-causing pathogens including viruses, bacteria and fungus in a single assay using the above method.

  • Publication number: 20220261728
Abstract: A network edge device includes a local network interface, a remote network interface, a memory and a processor. The local network interface receives data from local data sources over a local network. The remote network interface communicates with a remote computer over a remote network. The processor receives a filter parameter set for each local data source from the remote computer. Each filter parameter set includes a data rate parameter and at least one of a minimum threshold parameter, a maximum threshold parameter or a change-of-value (COV) parameter. For each local data source, the processor compare each data value received from the local data source to at least one of the filter parameters, and sends the data value and subsequent data values to the remote computer at a data rate that is based on the data rate parameter.
