Abstract: A vehicle floor assembly includes a floor frame, floor panel, and a pair of closeout devices. In an open position, the floor panel permits access to a stowage cavity. In a closed position, access to the stowage cavity is inhibited. Each closeout device includes a cartridge, a pair of first members, a pair of second members, and a plurality of biasing members. The cartridge defines a slot and a plurality of guide channels. The slot receives at least one seat riser through the floor panel. The first and second members are slidably received in individual guide channels and moveable between a retracted position and an extended position wherein each of the first or second members is extended into the slot a greater extent than when in the retracted position. The biasing members are configured to bias the first and second closeout members toward their respective second positions.
