Patent number: 12096052Abstract: An improved approach to tracking media playback includes tracking logic that is based on abandonment indicators. An abandonment indicator is detected during media playback, such as a user interaction with a computing device that is detected prior to ceasing playback of the media content. Tracking messages are reduced, suppressed, or suspended until an abandonment indicator is detected. After an abandonment indicator is detected, the system quickens, releases, or restart sending tracking messages to a collection system.Type: GrantFiled: August 1, 2022Date of Patent: September 17, 2024Assignee: Tealium Inc.Inventors: Michael Anderson, Craig Rouse

Patent number: 11925380Abstract: Methods and systems for separating an object, such as a lead, from formed tissue are provided. Specifically, a tissue slitting apparatus is configured to engage formed tissue at a slitting engagement point. While the object is subjected to a first traction force, the tissue slitting apparatus is caused to move further into the engaged tissue and slit the tissue past the point of engagement. The slitting apparatus causes the tissue to separate along an axial direction of the length of the formed tissue and releases at least some of the force containing the object. The slitting apparatus is supported by a distal end support device configured to lock onto the lead. While supported, a slitting element of the apparatus places fibers of the formed tissue under tension and performs a lifting cut operation. The methods and systems are well suited for use in cardiac pacing or defibrillator lead explant procedures.Type: GrantFiled: November 17, 2020Date of Patent: March 12, 2024Assignee: SPECTRANETICS LLCInventors: Ryan Michael Sotak, Michael Craig Anderson, Kenneth P. Publication number: 20230386190Abstract: A computer model is trained to account for data samples in a high-dimensional space as lying on different manifolds, rather than a single manifold to represent the data set, accounting for the data set as a whole as a union of manifolds. Different data samples that may be expected to belong to the same underlying manifold are determined by grouping the data. For generative models, a generative model may be trained that includes a sub-model for each group trained on that group's data samples, such that each sub-model can account for the manifold of that group. The overall generative model includes information describing the frequency to sample from each sub-model to correctly represent the data set as a whole in sampling. Multi-class classification models may also use the grouping to improve classification accuracy by weighing group data samples according to the estimated latent dimensionality of the group.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 26, 2023Publication date: November 30, 2023Inventors: Jesse Cole Cresswell, Brendan Leigh Ross, Anthony Lawrence Caterini, Gabriel Loaiza Ganem, Bradley Craig Anderson Brown

Publication number: 20230302347Abstract: A rotation powered vehicle drive mechanism includes an elongated chassis slot disposed within a respective lateral exterior portion of a chassis assembly. An elongated platform slot is disposed within a respective lateral portion of a platform assembly, and is configured such that it is substantially opposed to the chassis slot. The platform assembly is pivotally secured to the chassis assembly thereby allowing for rotation through a platform rotation angle of the platform assembly with respect to the chassis assembly about a rotation axis. The rotation of the platform assembly results in an increase or decrease of a variable slot height which is measured between the chassis slot and the platform slot. A cart assembly is disposed between the chassis assembly and the platform assembly, and is operatively coupled to the chassis slot and to the platform slot.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 30, 2023Publication date: September 28, 2023Inventors: Steven Craig Anderson, Phillip R. Patent number: 11079156Abstract: An ice bagger is provided. The ice bagger includes an ice hopper into which ice is disposed from an ice manufacturer. The ice hopper further includes an ice agitator. The ice hopper defines an ice trough positioned beneath the ice hopper. An ice auger is housed inside the ice trough. The ice auger transports ice to an ice delivery chute. A hatch is positioned beneath the ice delivery chute, upon which the bag rests while filling. The ice delivery chute and the hatch define a bag filling area such that, when bags are present in the bag filling area, the bags are positioned to be filled. A scale is positioned on the hatch. The scale weighs the ice being deposited into the bag. When the bag is full, the bag is sealed by a sealer. When the bag is sealed, the hatch opens and the bag of ice is deposited in an bag depository. This Abstract is submitted with the understanding that it will not be used to interpret or limit the scope or meaning of the claims.Type: GrantFiled: October 18, 2019Date of Patent: August 3, 2021Assignee: Aspen Ice, LLCInventors: Mark Witt, Margaret Lowan Benezra, Craig Anderson, Martin Rathgeber, King Ya Moy, Natan Pheil, Daniel A.
