  • Publication number: 20240141652
Abstract: A glass fencing system includes glass panels, rails, gaskets, and spigots. The rails extend across the upper edges of the glass panels. The gaskets are fitted within the rails. The spigots support one of the glass panels and comprise a base, a first arm, a first pad, a second arm, and a second pad. The first pad has a first pad surface and a lower surface. The first pad surface is in contact with the first arm and the glass panel. The lower surface extends from the first pad surface and is in contact with the glass panels. The second arm has bores. The second pad has a second pad surface, a backing, a plate, and fasteners. The second pad surface is in contact with the glass panel. The backing is spaced apart from the second pad surface and has backing openings aligned with the bores. The plate is located between the second pad surface and the backing. The fasteners pass through the bores and the backing openings to contact the plate.

  • Publication number: 20240087009
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer programs are presented for reconciling a transaction against data in a database to identify the transaction parameters based on text descriptors provided for the transaction. One method includes an operation for identifying features for reconciling transactions of a first entity by a machine-learning program. The features include, at least, a description of the transaction, a name of a second entity in the transaction, a location of the second entity, and an account for the transaction. The machine-learning program is trained with training data that includes values of the features for previously reconciled transactions. A received first transaction includes a description, a date, and an amount. The first transaction is input for the machine-learning program, which generates one or more suggestions for reconciling the first transaction. Each suggestion includes the name of the second entity in the first transaction and an account.

  • Patent number: 11553615
Abstract: A system for connecting and monitoring a magnetic operator interface assembly. The assembly can provide protection of an operator interface by limiting glare, UV damage, and exposure to rain. It can also protect the operator interface from high pressure cleaning equipment. The assembly is removably magnetically mountable to a sealed enclosure without breaching the enclosure's seal. The magnetic operator interface assembly can withstand operational forces, staying at a magnetically fixed position and without becoming accidentally detached. It is also easy to intentionally install and remove. The system may include sensors that can inform a local or remote dashboard about the status of the magnetic operator interface assembly, such as whether it is installed and whether the cover is open or closed. The system may also include a locking system to prevent tampering and limit access to the operator interface.

Abstract: Described are techniques for generating and modifying one or more diagrams based on one or more reports, and modifying the report(s) based on modifications to the diagram(s). The diagrams may include labels, graphical features, annotations, measurements, or other characteristics determined from the report. Visible indicia representing the characteristics may be automatically populated in the diagram, or certain characteristics may be displayed based on user input or preselected report content. Portions of the report may be mapped to regions of the diagram such that a user modification to a region of the diagram may result in a modification to a corresponding portion of the report, and a user modification to a portion of the report may result in a modification to a corresponding region of the diagram. Diagrams may include customized tools or operations for interacting with the diagram based on the structures depicted in the diagram.
