  • Publication number: 20250143964
Abstract: A pool or spa system includes networked pool or spa devices that can be dynamically configured with network addresses by a controller. The controller can transmit a device discovery request on a network and can receive a discovery response from pool or spa devices that require a network address. The system determines and assigns the network addresses for the pool or spa devices based on unique device identifiers associated with the responding pool or spa devices. The network addresses assigned to the pool or spa device are transmitted to the pool or spa device to be used by the pool or spa devices to communicate with the controller over the network. The system can be used to discover and assign addresses to various types of pool or spa devices, such as pumps, underwater lights, chlorinators, water feature controllers, remote controllers, and/or other types of devices.

  • Publication number: 20240354225
Abstract: A method for testing a computer system. The method includes executing a test batch including a plurality of separate test cases, generating a plurality of test logs in response to the execution of the test batch, and identifying automatically a subset of test logs of the plurality of test logs associated with a failed test case of the plurality of test cases prior to the conclusion of the execution of the test batch. The method additionally includes sorting automatically the subset of test logs into a specific arrangement prior to the conclusion of the execution of the test batch, determining automatically a cause of the failure of the failed test case based on the arrangement of the sorted subset of test logs, and aborting the execution of the test batch based on the determination of the cause of the failure of the failed test case.

  • Patent number: 11977711
Abstract: A resource tagging service allows resource tags to be created and associated with computing resources in a service provider network. The resource tags can be utilized to search, collect, filter, organize and otherwise manage computing resources in the service provider network having matching tags, and/or to perform other types of functionality. A resource groups service allows customers and/or other users of the service provider network to view and access collections of computing resources that share common resource tags and/or other attributes. Resource groups can also be evaluated in order to identify computing resources in a service provider network for which certain types of actions or other functionality is to be performed. Membership of resource groups can also be evaluated over time and inferences can be drawn from the membership and from operational information associated with the member computing resources.
