Publication number: 20220066117Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a hardened fiber optic fan-out arrangement including a fan-out housing. A plurality of fiber optic pigtails projects outwardly from the fan-out housing. The fiber optic pigtails have free ends including hardened de-mateable fiber optic connection interfaces. A fiber optic feeder cable also projects outwardly from the fan-out housing. The fiber optic feeder cable is optically coupled to the fiber optic pigtails.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 8, 2021Publication date: March 3, 2022Inventors: Patrick Jacques Ann DIEPSTRATEN, Daniel Eduardo HERRERA, Darren Craig ATKINSON, Roman KAMENIK, Emmanuel Alberto ALTAMIRANO ESCOBEDO

Publication number: 20110237918Abstract: A method is disclosed for providing therapeutic guidelines to a person having diabetes. The method comprises measuring a blood glucose (bG) level of the person for two or more days, wherein at least one bG measurement is taken per day, and the at least one daily bG measurement corresponds to one or more daily events for the person; recording the measured bG levels in a computing device; determining, by the computing device, whether the recorded bG levels are below, within, or above one or more predetermined bG ranges; an automatically providing, by the computing device, therapeutic guidelines to the person, based on whether the recorded bG levels are below, within, or above the one or more predetermined bG ranges.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 23, 2011Publication date: September 29, 2011Inventors: Robin Wagner, Christen Rees, Craig Atkinson, Abhishek Soni, David Duke

Patent number: 5146409Abstract: The invention relates to the positioning of rolls to ensure the correct alignment of rolling grooves in the rolls with each other and with the pass line of the product. Hitherto to ensure correct alignment of rolling grooves, repeated trial runs and roll adjustment have been effected until rolling is correct, and when production can recommence. The invention eliminates this problem by predetermining the distances of grooves in a first reference and a second roll from a fixed datum on a base for the roll stand, preferably in a prior calibration stage, which information is stored preferably in a microprocessor, the microprocessor subsequently controlling drive means to move the rolls to align co-operating rolling grooves and align the rolling grooves with the pass line, or to move the second roll with reference to the reference roll to align co-operating rolling grooves, and move roll guides to align the pass line with the rolling grooves.Type: GrantFiled: March 8, 1990Date of Patent: September 8, 1992Inventor: Craig Atkinson
