  • Publication number: 20230376776
Abstract: The technology is directed towards receiving training data regarding a set of observations. Each observation includes a feature set, a treatment, and an outcome. A first generation of machine learning models is trained, via the training data, to predict an outcome for a feature set of a given observation. A new generation of models is generated by selecting a subset of models from the trained first generation of models based on a fitness criteria of each model to generate an intermediate layer for use in predicting a treatment. An algorithm is applied to the selected subset of models to generate the new generation of models. Transformed training data is generated using the training data and a model of the new generation of models. The transformed training data includes, for each observation, a transformed feature set comprising a representation of the feature set in a latent space of the model.

  • Patent number: 11816562
Abstract: A digital experience enhancement system includes an ensemble deep learning model that includes an estimator ensemble and a neural network. The ensemble deep learning model is trained to generate a digital experience enhancement recommendation from an enhancement request. The ensemble deep learning model receives the enhancement request, which is input to the estimator ensemble. The estimator ensemble uses various different machine learning systems to generate estimator output values. The neural network uses the estimator output values from the estimator ensemble to generate a digital experience enhancement recommendation. The digital experience generation system then uses this digital experience enhancement recommendation to enhance the digital experience.

  • Publication number: 20090298388
Abstract: A novel polisher for chemical mechanical planarization process is described. The polisher design can have many variations. For process development and consumable evaluation, the CMP process can be performed on a single die or a section of the wafer. The size of testing wafer can be as small as 2? and as large as 18?. Furthermore, several variations can characterize the slurry for their static etch rate, dynamic etch rate, material removal rate, and viscosity in a single experiment. For production level wafer processing, Chemical Mechanical Polishing of all dies on the wafer surface is achieved by using multi-armed polishing heads or a single polishing head with small piece of a pad at the bottom of the head. The within wafer uniformity can be easily controlled and the equipment can be easily scaled up or down. This inventive design may translate to significant cost reduction for wafer processing at production level as well as evaluation of consumables at research and development level.

  • Publication number: 20070244195
Abstract: This invention relates to methods of increasing the efficacy of peroxides such as benzoyl peroxide in the treatment of skin conditions such as acne. In a preferred embodiment, the invention relates to methods of increasing radicals formed by peroxides on/in the skin, more specifically near/in the comedone, for topical use in dermatology. In a specific embodiment, the invention relates to the use of transitional metals such as Cu(l) and ferrous ions to increase the efficacy of peroxides such as benzoyl peroxide. In another embodiment, the invention relates to a method by which a peroxide such as benzoyl peroxide and its activator are added to the skin surface at the same time. In another embodiment, the invention relates to the use of a more soluble form of peroxide such as benzoyl peroxide to increase its efficacy. In another embodiment, the invention relates to the addition of a side chain to a peroxide such as benzoyl peroxide so that it is activated by light.
