    Abstract: A bone rasp device with a protective sheath and an extendable and retractable rasp for protection of the skin and soft tissue from the rasp during insertion and removal of the tool. The rasp device includes a tubular body having an interior surface defining a central opening extending between a first end and a second end with the first end defining a first aperture. A rasp portion, including a rough surface opposite a smooth surface, is connected to the tubular body and positioned within the central opening of the tubular body. The rasp portion is moveable relative to the tubular body. In a first position, the rough surface is contained within the central opening, and in a second position, with the rasp portion extends through the first aperture such that the rough surface is positioned outside the central opening and tubular body.

If execution of the video player application fails, the desktop background is presented, thereby displaying the content received from the content server.
