Abstract: A salt delivery system for remotely delivering water softening salt from a salt source outside a structure to a brine tank or salt bin located inside the structure. The salt delivery system includes a fluid moving apparatus that creates a positive pressure in the system for moving salt from the salt source into the brine tank while also creating a nominal or negative pressure inside the brine tank. The salt delivery system brine tank also includes one or more sensors to provide near real-time monitoring of salt levels in the tank.
