  • Publication number: 20210153728
Abstract: The invention proceeds from an endoscope device (10) for an endoscope with at least one working channel (15), which has a tubular working channel sheath (18) that delimits a working channel volume (16) of the working channel (15), the working channel sheath (18) having at least one sheath layer (25) which comprises at least one plastic material, and having at least one further sheath layer (30) which comprises at least one further plastic material, which is different than the plastic material of the one sheath layer (25). It is proposed that the one sheath layer (25) should have a constant layer thickness along the principal extent of the working channel (15), and that the further sheath layer (30) should have a variable layer thickness in portions along the principal extent of the working channel (15).

  • Patent number: 10936179
Abstract: Whilst the Internet has become a dominant communications medium through a variety of services the main portal to the vast majority of this content is through a webpage associated with a user, a group, enterprise, retailer etc. For those generating the content they are today essentially stuck with two options, one expensive option for full creative control and flexibility via web developers and website development enterprises, the other cheaper option to use an enterprise offering templates and work within their constraints. In contrast, embodiments of the invention provide conventional features the user is familiar with such as cut, copy, paste etc. allowing them to edit, manipulate, and create directly within a webpage using a tool that works directly within their website such that changes are automatically live on the Internet when completed but has the familiarity of a standard graphics editing or word processing tool.

  • Publication number: 20100256445
Abstract: A working channel for an endoscope or similar device having concentric porous and nonporous polymer tubes that are adhered or bonded together. A support wire may be wrapped around a nonporous inner tube and provides increased flexibility and resistance to compression and kinking. A porous outer tube fits over the support wire and inner tube and bonds to the inner tube, encapsulating the support wire. The outer tube may have a smooth or corrugated exterior, depending on the intended use of the working channel. Methods for manufacturing the working channel are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20070288283
Abstract: A method for project management that can be used to achieve a more accurate project schedule at the beginning of, and during the life of a project. The method can be built into a software product, or used manually. The method uses data collection, modeling, analysis, reporting and visualization to reduce the impact of risk in project scheduling and thereby improve the project's chances of a successful outcome (e.g. as measured by stronger adherence to: budget, deadline, quality and specifications). The method introduces time estimation error, distraction rate and schedule confidence into the project schedule and provides for visualization of the schedule in the form of Gantt charts in difference views organization by component, by team member and by project.
