The pixel rules can be configured to identify weighted pixels that have to be present or tracked for the user in order to include or exclude a campaign in a campaign selection process. The pixel rules may identify any combination of mandatory and weighted pixel rules. These pixel rules may be configured via a user interface of a development tool and during run-time campaign management applied to the user pixel history to select and deliver campaigns.

Abstract: The solution of the present disclosure provides augmented content in the form of a convenient search unit. The convenient search unit, or CSU, provides an intext or keyword based augmentation technique that conveniently provides a viewer search results from one or more search engines based on the content of the keyword(s). The CSU is displayed responsive to a viewer's interaction with content of a current destination page, such as user placing the mouse over a predetermined keyword or clicking on the same. The systems and methods of the present disclosure automatically performs a relevant search with a search engine based on the context of the keyword and displays the results of the search in a creative element that overlays the current destination page. Using the overlay technique, the viewer can view and interaction with search results of related content without leaving the current destination page.

The system includes a reference database including at least one reference datum. A handler component is configured to retrieve a source data file including the structured datum. A locator component is configured to locate the structured datum in the source data file; an analyzer component configured to associate the identified structured datum to one reference datum to create an association according to an analyzing strategy. A generating component is configured to generate a hyperlink based upon the association and embeds the generated hyperlink and an identification code in the source file to create and track an augmented data file.
