The method may include authenticating a voter based on a token carried by a user equipment, the token mapped to at least one of an identity of the voter, a precinct of the voter, and a ballot for the voter; and providing, when the authenticating indicates the voter is authorized to vote, the ballot presented on the user equipment. Abstract: The subject matter disclosed herein establishes a communication connection between a customer and an employee of the customer's choosing based on user defined customer interaction preferences. One or more customer interaction preferences associated with a customer may be accessed. One or more employee profiles may be accessed. Each employee profile may be associated with a different employee and may have one or more employee attributes. A computing device may be caused to display a subset of the employee profiles. The subset of the employee profiles may have at least one employee attribute that matches at least one of the customer interaction preferences. Data representative of a selection of at least one employee from the subset of employee profiles may be received from the computing device. Abstract: The subject matter disclosed herein provides methods for authenticating a voter's identity using an electronic polling device. The method may search a plurality of voter profiles for a desired voter profile associated with a voter. The searching may be based on at least the voter's name or an associated voter ID. The method may display the desired voter profile which may include at least an image of the voter and an image of the voter's signature. The method may receive confirmation information from the voter. The method may compare the received confirmation information and a physical likeness of the voter with the desired voter profile to enable an authentication of the voter based on the comparing. The searching, displaying, receiving, comparing, and authenticating may be performed by at least one processor in an electronic polling device.
