  • Publication number: 20240025538
Abstract: An aircraft includes a frame, a transmission, and a liquid inertia vibration elimination (“LIVE”) system coupled between the frame and the transmission. The LIVE system is configured to attenuate communication of vibrations from the transmission to the frame. The LIVE system includes a first liquid zone, a second liquid zone, a plug at least partially segregating the first liquid zone from the second liquid zone, and the plug has an aperture in fluid communication with the first liquid zone and the second liquid zone. • Publication number: 20230289540
Abstract: A computer system and method for identifying and monitoring animals in a confined space. A tracking apparatus is provided in proximity to the confined space that defines a plurality of separate individual tracking regions for the confined space. Each of a plurality of animals to be disposed in the confined space is associated respectively with a detection component operable to identify and detect a temperature of an animal it is associated with when detected by the tracking apparatus. Data is received in a computer monitor system from a detection component when detected by the tracking apparatus in the confined space wherein the received data includes motion and temperature data relating to an animal when located in the confined space. The tracking apparatus detects multiple animals simultaneously located in an individual tracking region.

  • Patent number: 11694043
Abstract: A computer system and method for identifying and monitoring animals in a confined space. A tracking apparatus is provided having a plurality of antenna arrays in proximity to a confined space. One or more animals to be disposed in the confined space are associated with a detection component operable to identify and detect a core body temperature of an animal it is associated with when detected by the tracking apparatus. Data is received in a computer monitor system from a detection component when detected by the tracking apparatus in the confined space. The received data identifies an animal in correlation with its motion and temperature data. Real-time position and core body temperature of a detected animal is determined while the animal is disposed in the confined space by analysis of the received data in the computer monitor system.

  • Publication number: 20200031942
Abstract: Primitive or progenitor hematologic cancer cells have been implicated in the early stages and development of leukemia and malignant lymphoproliferative disorders, including acute myelogenous leukemia (AML), chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) and chronic lymphoid leukemia (CLL). Interleukin-3 receptor alpha chain (IL-3R? or CD123) is strongly expressed on progenitor hematologic cancer cells, but is virtually undetectable on normal bone marrow cells. The present invention provides methods of impairing progenitor hematologic cancer (e.g., leukemia and lymphomic) cells by selectively targeting cells expressing CD123. These methods are useful in the detection and treatment of leukemias and malignant lymphoproliferative disorders. Also provided are compounds useful for selectively binding to CD123 and impairing progenitor hematologic cancer cells. These compounds may include cytotoxic moieties such as, for example, radioisotopes or chemotherapeutics.
