Abstract: There is provided a compound which is (a) a pyrimidine sulfonamide of formula (I) or (b) a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, crystalline forms of the compound, processes for obtaining the compound, pharmaceutical intermediates used in the manufacture of the compound, and pharmaceutical compositions containing the compound. The compound is useful in the treatment of a disease/condition in which modulation of chemokine receptor activity is beneficial.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a nasal cannula is shaped to fit within a user's nares, where the nasal cannula includes at least one prong allowing high flow delivery of humidified gases and creates positive airway pressure in the patient's airway. The prongs have angled ends such that, in use, gases flowing through the prongs are directed to the user's nasal passages. The nasal cannula body is partially swivelling and preferably has a ball joint connector. In another embodiment the nasal cannula may have at least one flared end prong that preferably seals within a patient's nare.

Abstract: A device for grinding coffee beans one shot at a time. The device may consist of an inlet funnel attached to a main body, wherein the beans are gravity fed to a set of burrs that grind the coffee into a grounds chamber, where they are then expunged into a grounds receptacle. The grounds receptacle may be adjusted in height via arms attached to the grinder depending on the workflow of the user and the type of receptacle being used. The grounds chamber is a clamshell design easily removable by the user for cleaning and held in place with magnets and alignment pins. As the grinder grinds coffee, wipers on the mounts for the burr create a positive pressure air flow to expunge the ground beans in addition to physically manipulating them out of the exit chute. This allows for grinding and expulsion of all of the input coffee without retention, a common problem in the industry when grinders are used for single shot grinding.

Abstract: A process for measuring a size distribution of a plurality of nucleic acid molecules, the process comprising: labeling the nucleic acid molecules with a fluorescent dye comprising a plurality of fluorescent dye molecules to form labeled nucleic acid molecules, such that a number of fluorescent dyes molecules attached to each nucleic acid molecule is reliably proportional to the number of base pairs in the nucleic acid molecule, the fluorescent dye molecules having a first florescence spectrum; producing, by the labeled nucleic acid molecules, the first florescence spectrum in response to irradiating the labeled nucleic acid molecules at the first wavelength; and detecting the first florescence spectrum to measure the size distribution of the plurality of nucleic acid molecules.

A first input of the control device may be mapped to the command for the appliance, and a second input of the control device may be mapped to the command that is specific to the component, etc. When the second input is received, a command that is specific to the component may be generated.

Abstract: A system and method of mapping of a processing task to a target processor is provided. Kernels associated with unit of processing defined for a processor to operate on a processing operation on the target processor required to performing the processing task. A directed acyclic graph (DAG) comprising the kernels and specifying connections between the one or more kernels represents the desired processing task to be executed by the target processor is resolved from the kernels defined in the DAG to a process executed by a processor architecture of the target processor. Data sequencing is determined from the DAG for memory usage in executing the process. Host code is generated to configure and execute the process in relation to the kernel execution for the process resolved for the processing task.
