    Abstract: An aerial RFID tracking and data collection system is described herein that includes a server having a communication interface designed to send and receive data from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The server is also designed to receive a data bundle including environmental sensor data and an RFID tag identifier from the UAV, where the RFID tag identifier and temperature sensor data in the environmental sensor data are generated by a land-based RFID device in wireless communication with the UAV. The server is also designed to generate a graphical user interface including a representation of the environmental sensor data.
