Abstract: A water dispensing assembly is provided that is adapted to connect to a fire hydrant water outlet, the fire hydrant being connected to a water supply, for safely dispensing clean water for filling water bottles and the like. The water dispensing assembly is a self-contained unit that is relatively compact and low maintenance. The water dispensing assembly can be housed in an enclosed box-like housing structure that is tamper proof so that it cannot be accessed or modified by the public at large.

Abstract: A biasing member for a medical injection device having a housing, a brake member, a cartridge, and an injection needle, wherein the biasing member includes a body having a first end, a second end positioned opposite the first end, a top surface, and a bottom surface positioned opposite the top surface, and an extension portion extending from the body in a direction extending from the top surface of the body to the bottom surface of the body. The extension portion is resilient.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides insulated panels comprising a core layer including an insulating material, an interior-side sheathing layer, and an exterior-side sheathing layer. The insulated panels of the present disclosure can be used to conveniently retrofit existing structures to dramatically improve thermal insulation performance without substantially increasing a risk of moisture retention or mold formation within the structure's walls.

The computer system is scalable and system operation remains efficient with increasing numbers of network nodes.

Abstract: A parent computer application interacts with one or more independently operating embedded child applications so as to provide an integrated seamless operating environment in which the embedded child applications are presented through the user interface of the parent application and may be controlled through the parent application. A computer operating system provides a user interface such that each installed computer application is allocated its own respective memory space by the operating system, and includes a library that is utilized for its operation, only one of the computer applications as an active application at any time. The system detects when one of the embedded child applications is the active application of the operating system, and in response changes a parent application attribute to ensure that a single integrated application window is displayed.

Abstract: A system and method for optimizing metrology sampling rates in an advanced process control (APC) application. A method is provided for processing a run of workpieces, the method comprising the steps of: providing a database comprising subgroups of data representing characteristics from previously processed workpieces; selecting a first subgroup of data having characteristics that satisfy a predetermined criteria; determining processing conditions for a processing tool corresponding to said first subgroup of data; processing the run of workpieces with the process tool using the determined processing conditions; and measuring the run of workpieces according to a sampling rate determined from the first subgroup of data.

Abstract: An apparatus, system and method for identifying an access mode of a semiconductor memory in a data processing system, characterized by significant reduction of the possibility of erroneous identification of the access mode. A semiconductor memory has an access circuit bank with plurality of selectable circuits only one of which is activated, each selectable circuit respectively associated with a selectable semiconductor memory access mode, the access mode selection typically being accomplished by selectively blowing fuses associated with the corresponding selectable circuits. A semiconductor memory access mode is correctly identified by associating, in response to a test signal for determining the fuse status, the respective activated selectable circuit with its corresponding access mode.
